Since MovingaNow only mediates orders between the end customer and the transport company, the damage incurred must be settled directly with the transport company.
After transport, the complaint must always be made in text form and the damages or services not rendered must be sufficiently clearly indicated.
You will find the contact information of the transport company on your invoice.
If you notice any damage, you should report it directly to your helpers in the best case and take photos in any case.
The following legal deadlines for reporting damage apply from delivery:
Externally visible damage: 1 day
Externally undetectable damage: 14 days
Late damage: 21 days
